1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bn55 platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means — and by registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform including Live Casino, sports betting, Bingo, slots or any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a bn55 account you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a location where use of online gaming and betting platforms is not prohibited under applicable local laws.

bn55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie or other proof of identity, and documentation confirming your payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. bn55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on bn55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bn55 does not apply currency conversion to player accounts — your balance is held, displayed and transacted entirely in PKR.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on bn55:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits credited directly to your bn55 PKR balance.
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits credited directly to your bn55 PKR balance.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your bn55 balance almost instantly in most cases. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your bn55 account. bn55 reserves the right to reverse deposits made using payment methods not registered to the account holder.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bn55 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Withdrawal requests submitted through your bn55 account are processed the same business day in most cases. Once processed by bn55, the time taken for funds to appear in your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet, bank account or card depends on the receiving institution and is outside bn55's control.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bn55 may require you to complete account verification. This typically involves confirming your identity and your ownership of the payment method being used for withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal requests held until the process is completed.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. bn55 reserves the right to request additional information before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to believe the request is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bn55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, Bingo bonuses, Casino bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures and T20 international series.

Each bonus or promotional offer on bn55 is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, and game-specific restrictions. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer at the time it is presented to you. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.

General bonus rules applicable to all offers on bn55 unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonus funds as part of a coordinated strategy to extract value without genuine gaming intent constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

bn55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use on a player's account at the time of the change.

6 Gaming Rules & Betting

All games available on bn55 — including Live Casino games such as Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack and Andar Bahar, sports betting markets covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, Bingo, and slots — are subject to their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface or betting section.

For sports betting, odds are displayed in your preferred format and all bets are settled at the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed. In-play bets on Cricket, PSL matches and other live events are accepted subject to the availability of markets at the time of placing. Bets on suspended markets will not be accepted.

bn55 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious error in odds — for example, a pricing error that resulted in odds significantly different from the fair market price. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to your account balance.

Live Casino game results are determined by real dealers operating under standard casino rules. All game outcomes are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically void the bet — the outcome recorded by the live studio system at the time of disconnection is used to settle the round.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn55 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account under false or another person's identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses in an automated manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players in multiplayer games, or any form of coordinated fraud targeting the platform or other players.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk.
• Attempting to launder money or use the bn55 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account access with any other person or allowing a third party to manage your account.

bn55 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bn55 reserves the right to act without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bn55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or patterns consistent with money laundering.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• At the player's own request — if you wish to close your bn55 account voluntarily, contact support and your request will be processed promptly.

If your account is suspended as a result of a suspected breach of these terms, your balance will be held pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bn55 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, your balance will be made available for withdrawal.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications from bn55.

10 Privacy & Data

bn55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on this platform at /privacy-policy. By using the bn55 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy alongside these Terms and Conditions.

The personal data you provide during registration — including your name, contact details, CNIC information provided for verification, and payment method details — is used solely for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, and communicating with you about your account and platform activity.

bn55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to complete your requested transaction and is governed by those processors' own privacy policies.

11 Platform Availability & Technical Issues

bn55 aims to maintain continuous platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

bn55 will not be liable for losses claimed to result from platform downtime, delayed page loads, interrupted live casino streams, failed bet placements due to network issues on the player's side, or any other technical disruption that affects the player's ability to use the platform at a given moment.

If a technical issue causes a game round to be interrupted in a way that prevents fair settlement, bn55 will use the game studio's server-side records to determine the outcome. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to your account balance. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis by the support team.

bn55 recommends that players use a stable internet connection — preferably 4G or WiFi — when participating in live casino games or in-play sports betting, to minimise the risk of disconnections affecting their experience.

12 Changes to These Terms
